For all those 2 people in my audience, for the next semester this is going to be a forum for posting my progress in Writing for the World Wide Web, ENGL 3368. So sit back and relax, it's time for Web Stuff!
What kind of professional site would I like to design most: Right now a group of my friends are starting up a web hosting/design business (www.dawnet.net), and I'm in charge of the game hosting arena (http://games.dawnet.net). This site, as of now, is almost empty, and I would like to build it into something marketable, with prices and an explanation of services (some things I need to work out with the others).
Web Page URL: www.webpages.ttu.edu/todom (in theory at least, if it ever starts working).
For the syllabus: I think I understand things pretty well, and I'm keeping ideas for my homepage storyboard in the back of my mind as we go. I'm intending to experiment with it at home a good bit, and hopefully will eventually be able to actually post this thing on the web (come on IT department!!)
